Logistics & Distribution Labels
Every parcel, pallet, and pick location in a distribution operation carries a label, and most of them are printed in-house on thermal printers. GL Labels keeps that pipeline supplied: blank direct-thermal and thermal-transfer rolls converted to your printers' exact spec, preprinted formats where you want fixed branding or compliance marks, and the ribbons to run them — one supplier, one PO.

Cross-border shippers get an extra advantage: we understand US and Mexican shipment labeling from daily experience exporting our own production.

- Shipping labels, blank or preprinted with your format
- Pallet and LPN license-plate labels
- Rack, bin, and pick-location labels

Example applications
DC label programs
Distribution centers standardize one label and ribbon spec across sites and draw down against scheduled releases — no per-site reordering, no printer mismatches.
Preprinted shipping formats
Carrier-compliant label formats with your branding and fixed marks flexo-printed, leaving the variable area clean for in-house thermal printing.
Cold-chain dock labeling
All-temp adhesive stocks that scan reliably from refrigerated dock to ambient warehouse without lifting or blackout.
Frequently asked questions
Direct thermal or thermal transfer — which should we use?
Direct thermal needs no ribbon and suits short-lived labels like parcel shipping. Thermal transfer uses a ribbon and produces more durable print for labels that must scan for months — pallets, rack locations, assets. We supply both, and the ribbons.
Can you match labels and ribbons so barcodes scan reliably?
Yes — ribbon chemistry must match the facestock. We pair wax, wax-resin, or resin ribbons to the stock you order so print stays dark and scannable without buildup or wrinkling.
Do you handle multi-site supply?
Yes. Set one specification and a blanket PO, and we ship case or pallet quantities to each site on schedule, anywhere in the US or Mexico.
Can you preprint our shipping label format?
Yes — fixed elements like logos, return addresses, and handling marks are flexo-printed, and your thermal printers add the variable data. It sharpens brand presentation and cuts ribbon usage.
